Charges & Payment
All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or U.S. Dollars (USD), as applicable.
Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the invoice or service agreement provided by Onwesite.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the contract by giving at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the desired termination date.
- If Onwesite gives notice, the client must pay all charges up to the expiry of the notice period.
- If the client gives notice, they must pay all charges until 30 days after the date Onwesite receives the notice, or until the end of the notice period—whichever is later.
The client’s notice does not remove any liabilities for services already rendered.
Onwesite also reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time during the agreement period by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
The client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances required to legally use any intellectual property (such as images, text, or other materials) within their project.
Onwesite will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark violations arising from materials provided by the client.
Assignments
The client may assign or transfer all or part of this contract to another party only with Onwesite’s prior written consent (via email or official letter).
Onwesite reserves the right to assign or transfer this contract to any of its subsidiaries, partners, or associated entities at any time.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for any disputes or claims arising under this agreement.
