2. Payment & Fees

- Late payments may result in delayed project delivery or temporary suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Onwesite.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and successful project completion, the client must:
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required content (such as text, images, or product details).
- Ensure that any materials provided to Onwesite are legally owned or properly licensed for use.
Failure to provide necessary information on time may cause project delays or affect delivery schedules.
4. Intellectual Property
- All final deliverables (such as websites, design files, or marketing materials) become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Onwesite retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials to demonstrate our work quality and expertise.
5. Limitation of Liability
Onwesite shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
While we strive to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure websites or systems.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.
Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed and must be paid in full.
Onwesite also reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to make payments or violates our terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh in case of any disputes.
8. Changes to Terms
Onwesite may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept and agree to the updated terms.
