Your Role in Our Mission

As Executive – Telemarketing, you will be at the frontline of our international sales efforts. Your primary focus will be converting prospects into qualified opportunities and building strong first impressions with global clients.

This role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and motivated by targets and growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to potential international clients

  • Introduce and present company services clearly and professionally

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments

Follow-Up & Relationship Building

  • Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and messaging platforms

  • Handle objections professionally and confidently

  • Build trust and maintain a positive brand impression

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports

  • Track progress toward monthly sales targets

  • Consistently achieve performance goals and KPIs

What You Bring

Required

  • Previous experience in Telemarketing or Sales (preferred)

  • Strong English communication and persuasion skills

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset

  • Ability to handle objections professionally

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets

  • Stable internet connection and quiet remote work setup
